By signing up for Wild Bill’s Rewards (“We,” “Our,” “Us”) located on the Wild Bill’s Rewards website (wildbillsrewards.com), you accept and consent to the Terms of Service stated below, as well as any Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions published by Us.

Eligibility
Wild Bill’s Rewards is open to residents of the United States of America who are 21 years of age and older. Wild Bill’s Rewards are intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Wild Bill’s Rewards is not targeted toward, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 21.
How Wild Bill’s Rewards Works
Wild Bill’s Rewards allow customers to participate in savings, promotions, and discounts for products sold in our stores.
How to Enroll
To enroll in Wild Bill’s Rewards and begin participating in offers, participants must visit WildBillsRewards.com and select “Join Now”.
Redemption Exclusions
Lottery and Lotto tickets may not be redeemed with points.
Email Opt-In
By subscribing to Wild Bill’s Rewards, you agree to opt-in to Our email list and acknowledge that We may contact you via email at any time. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, simply choose “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of Our emails.
Text Message Marketing
By subscribing to Wild Bill’s Rewards, you consent to receive marketing text messages from us at the phone number you provide upon sign-up. These may include messages related to your Wild Bill’s Rewards account, including loyalty points balance, rewards, and app/account notifications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
Registration
Some deals run by Wild Bill’s Rewards may require you to register before you can start earning toward a reward. It is your sole responsibility to sign up before you make a purchase toward that deal.
Point Conversion
Program discounts and offers cannot be exchanged for cash. Wild Bill’s Rewards may offer points for purchases that can be converted into discounts for certain purchases. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Inactivity
If you become inactive, defined as making no purchase for 12 months, Wild Bill’s Rewards reserves the right to deactivate your account and, in such case, any accrued discounts, rewards, or points may be lost.
Third-Party Advertisements
Through the Wild Bill’s Rewards website (wildbillsrewards.com) and any corresponding app that may be available now or in the future, you may encounter ads containing links to third-party websites. If you click on one of these links, you will be directed to that website. Wild Bill’s Rewards does not own or operate these third-party sites. Wild Bill’s Rewards does not publicly endorse these third-party sites nor does it make any warranty of products or services available on the third-party websites nor the security of such third-party sites.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Deactivation
If at any point you decide you would like to deactivate your Wild Bill’s Rewards membership, please contact support@wildbillsrewards.com.
